Service Content
Plastics and their composites are widely used in pipes, tanks, valves, seals and a broad range of industrial components, where mechanical properties, thermal behaviour and dimensional stability directly determine in-service safety and reliability. The LEISA Technology laboratory provides systematic third-party testing for plastic raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, covering mechanical indicators such as tensile, compressive, flexural and impact performance, thermal indicators such as Vicat softening temperature, heat deflection temperature and glass transition temperature, and processing-quality indicators such as dimensions, straightness and thermal stability. Backed by high-precision universal testing machines, thermal analysers, controlled-temperature chambers and metrology-grade gauges, and following international and national standard methods, the laboratory delivers accurate, traceable data for material selection, incoming inspection, process improvement and quality arbitration.

- Thermal stability: property retention under heat, per the relevant product standard.
Service Process
- Sample receipt and registration: verify condition, specification and quantity; assign a unique sample ID.
- Plan confirmation: define test items, specimen count and conditions per material type and applicable standard.
- Specimen preparation: cutting, machining and conditioning (temperature/humidity equilibrium).
- Testing: complete mechanical and thermal tests under controlled conditions and record raw data.
- Data processing and review: calculate results, judge conformity, reviewed by the technical lead.
- Report delivery: issue the report with technical interpretation and improvement advice.
Advantages
- Full equipment: mechanical, thermal-analysis and dimensional metrology in one place.
- Broad standard coverage: GB/T, ISO and ASTM systems for domestic and export needs.
- Traceable data: full-process records and metrological traceability for arbitration and acceptance.
Through systematic testing of the mechanical, thermal and dimensional properties of plastics, the LEISA Technology laboratory helps customers identify quality risks across material selection, procurement and production, safeguarding long-term stability and safety of the final product.
