Service Content
General plastic pipes, sheets and products (PE, PP, PVC-U and reinforced plastics) are widely used in water supply and drainage, gas, power sheathing and industrial conveyance, where mechanical strength, impact resistance, ring stiffness, internal-pressure resistance and chemical homogeneity are core to safe use. The LEISA Technology laboratory provides "general-item" third-party testing for plastics, covering mechanical properties such as tensile, flexural, shear, peel and impact, structural properties such as ring stiffness and pressure resistance, and process-quality evaluations such as longitudinal reversion and dichloromethane immersion. Following GB/T, ISO and ASTM standards and equipped with universal testing machines, ring-stiffness testers, constant-temperature hydrostatic systems and immersion apparatus, the laboratory delivers accurate data for incoming inspection, factory testing and quality arbitration.
Test Items
