Service Content
Filament-wound reinforced thermosetting resin pressure pipe (GRP/GRE/FRP pressure pipe), with glass fibre as reinforcement and epoxy or unsaturated polyester resin as matrix, offers corrosion resistance, a high strength-to-weight ratio and a smooth bore, and is widely used in oil and gas gathering, desalination, fire-fighting and industrial circulating-water systems. Following the ISO 14692 framework together with GB/T and ASTM standards, the LEISA Technology laboratory provides "full-parameter" third-party testing of pressure pipe, covering appearance, geometry, long-term and short-term hydrostatic performance, resin content, Barcol hardness, axial tensile strength and hydrostatic leakage, delivering a complete data chain for type testing, factory inspection, project acceptance and quality arbitration.

- Report delivery: issue an ISO 14692-aligned report with technical support.
Advantages
- Aligned to ISO 14692: covers GRP pipe testing across the life cycle.
- Long-term assessment: D2992 long-term hydrostatic regression capability.
- One-stop full parameters: geometry, mechanics and composition in one report.
Centred on ISO 14692, the LEISA Technology laboratory performs full-parameter testing of filament-wound FRP pressure pipe, giving manufacturers and owners authoritative, traceable quality evidence for type certification, factory inspection and project acceptance, and safeguarding the long-term safety of high-pressure conveyance systems.
