API Spec 15S, Spoolable Reinforced Plastic Line Pipe, 3rd Ed. (Apr 2022) + Addendum 1 (Aug 2023), 56 pp. Requirements for manufacture and qualification of spoolable reinforced plastic line pipe for oilfield & energy applications - transport of multiphase fluids, hydrocarbon gases/liquids, production chemicals, and nonpotable water. Three-layer construction: liner + helically wrapped steel/nonmetallic reinforcement + outer cover. Addendum 1 (2023): removed API 17J & ISO 23936-2 references, added PE-RT, revised polyester fiber specs, PE cover UV resistance, burst pressure statistical method (Student’s t 97.5% lower prediction bound), PE-RT substitution, batch & hydrostatic testing criteria.
