API Spec 15HR, High-Pressure Fiberglass Line Pipe, published by API. 4th Ed. (Feb 2016, R2021), ~42 pp. Covers 3.45–34.5 MPa (500–5,000 psi) rated fiberglass line pipe. Mechanical connections only. Glass-fiber-reinforced thermosetting resins (epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic); thermoplastics excluded. Standard service: 20-yr life, 65.6°C salt water, 3,000-cycle low-cycle fatigue (0–120% rated), 10⁹-cycle high-cycle fatigue (R=0.9). Covers performance, design (Annex B), materials, tests (hoop modulus, Poisson’s ratio, DSC cure), marking, handling/storage/shipping, field pressure test (§12), and QA program (§8).
