Calibration Workflow
- Maintain an equipment register with ID, range, accuracy and applicable test methods.
- Calibrate or verify equipment on schedule; abnormal equipment is stopped for formal reports.
- Confirm equipment status, environmental conditions and sample identity before testing.
- Keep equipment, method, raw data and reviewer records in the report evidence package.

How Buyers Submit Samples
Send product type, standard number, drawing or purchase specification, sample quantity, service temperature/pressure/media and target report language. LEISA normally confirms quote and scope within 24h; standard reports are normally delivered within 72h after sample receipt and scope confirmation.
