Calibration Workflow

  1. Maintain an equipment register with ID, range, accuracy and applicable test methods.
  2. Calibrate or verify equipment on schedule; abnormal equipment is stopped for formal reports.
  3. Confirm equipment status, environmental conditions and sample identity before testing.
  4. Keep equipment, method, raw data and reviewer records in the report evidence package.

Sample Report Fields

  • Sample ID, batch, specification and client information
  • Test standard, version, method and acceptance limits
  • Equipment ID, calibration status and environmental conditions
  • Raw data, curves or key readings
  • PASS/FAIL conclusion, technician and reviewer
  • Chinese, English, Russian and Arabic report options

How Buyers Submit Samples

Send product type, standard number, drawing or purchase specification, sample quantity, service temperature/pressure/media and target report language. LEISA normally confirms quote and scope within 24h; standard reports are normally delivered within 72h after sample receipt and scope confirmation.
